Believe it or not, an introvert like me is perfectly capable of being interested in things that aren’t myself. Just in case, you know, you were wondering. Pretty much anything that delves below the superficial layer of human interaction can potentially draw my attention. I love fiction and non-fiction that addresses topics in a psychological manner and allows me to see things from view-points different to my own.
I like to read books that have more dialogue and not so much pointless description. I watch English and American TV series, anime and Japanese, Korean and even Taiwanese drama, provided they hold my interest for long enough. Diverse and unique characters tend to catch my eye more than overwhelmingly complicated plots.
Ever heard of the quote “Jack of all trades, master of none”? Despite the fact that it’s incomplete, I normally use it to sum up my current skill set. I enjoy swimming, sewing, writing, studying and having/listening in on conversations that can’t be replicated. As a Hijama (cupping) therapist, my daily tasks usually revolved around making people better. Constant self-improvement is also something that I aim towards before going to sleep every night. Something that is definitely easier said than done.
I’d love to know more about you too. The comment section is a good place to do that. (Just saying. Heh heh)
